Do you ship out on weekends?

No, not typically.

What payment methods do you accept?

 

We currently only accept interac email e-transfer as a form of payment. This service is only provided if you have an online banking account. The payment instructions will be provided upon check out. When you finish placing your order an invoice will be provided via email with the instructions required to complete your payment process.  Please ensure you copy these details down. If you are missing some information, please contact us at flawlessflowers@protonmail.com with your Order # and we would be glad to assist you.

How do I send an e-transfer?

Mobile phone use.

When uploading ID from a mobile device, make sure to turn sideways for the upload button. The button may not be visible when the phone is upright.

How long will it take for my order to be received?

Shipping takes 2-3 business days typically. We send tracking within 48 business hours of payment receipt.

Do you ship to Nunavut?

We do ship to Nunavut, however, the recipient is fully liable for whether or not the parcel arrives. If a parcel does not get delivered it is at the loss of the customer and we will not send another parcel without new order and payment.

How much is shipping?

Free, we ship via Canada Post Expresspost

Do you send signature required?

Yes, please request it in the order notes if you’d like it sent no signature required.

What is the policy on lost packages?

We create tickets with Canada Post to investigate the status of the parcel. We will not reimburse or re-send parcels showing as successful delivery – if there is a risk of this occurring you must send signature required.
